the hotel seemed well maintained. i observed that the grounds were immaculate and the main pool used salt water. snack bar was available and provided perfect options for children. main bar offered many drink choices and cocktails for parents.
i noticed a long check-in process upon arrival (i wish they could speed it up). carrying luggage down stairs was inconvenient. the restaurant seemed inadequate to accommodate all guests, feeling too small with not enough seating.

I was grateful for the friendly staff. They were always helpful. the cleanliness throughout the hotel impressed me. Everything was super clean. i found the choice of food varied and delicious, especially at lunch.
the gym had limited hours, and it was inconvenient as it coincided with the warmest part of the day. i noticed thin walls, which sometimes made it difficult to sleep. the pool snack bar served premixed drinks that were genuinely undrinkable though the other bar was good.
